Boathouse Lake is located in Carondelet Park in St. Louis County. Carondelet Park ranks as the third largest park in the City of St. Louis, at 180 acres. The park’s two lakes (the other being Horseshoe) were drained and dredged in 2000. Boathouse Lake is approximately 5 acres. The urban land outside the park almost certainly influences the water quality in Boathouse Lake.
